question regarding ladder stuff

Hi, sorry if I´m bringing up old stuff but the search function didn´t help me here.

Found a Kira´s Guardian and crafted a Io from Hel in SP, both of which according to the summit should be ladder only. Then I find a guy here trading an Azurewrath.

Are these exceptions or did Blizz cancel the item differences between SP and ladder? Especially interested in the ladder only runewords which I didn´t dare to try out due to fledgling ressources yet.

This item can only be found by Battle.net Ladder Characters as well as Single Player, TCP/IP, and Open Battle.net Characters. It will not be found by Normal Battle.net Realm Characters.
