Will those be the other three characters?
1:17 looks like a dark warlock
1:21 looks like someone of the merchant class
1:25 looks like a druid

Come on dude, you know there's not going to be a merchant class. I don't see how it would even cross someone's mind, wouldn't you think it was just a NPC?

There's also some neat pictures at 2:34 and 3:25. We see a female wizard, thief (with sai) and another male wizard. They could all be mosnters though.

I really like the artwork.

the merchant class i do not see as a possible class, but the other one's is a real posibillity!
i'm really looking forward to some new stuff from Bliz's side, but so do we all.

That's one of those Ex-CIA Cyborg Pirate Ninja Wizard Assassin using his robot hologram technology to disguise himself as an unsuspecting Merchant. You come up to him to buy some potions and tp scrolls and BLAMMO! You're witnessing hell's invasion of heaven first hand.

Sounds like ninja gaiden or shinobi. Or a bad guy in either franchise.

We've got screenshots of every scene in that art trailer in the image gallery. far easier to refer to that than a youtube link. character shots (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=563).

The first one (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=862&cat=563) might be a preview of a mage class, but most people think he's just a monster mage of some unknown type.

The second one is pablo de soto (http://www.diablowiki.net/NPCs#Pablo_DeSoto), a known npc. he's discussed in the game fiction on blizzard's site.

The third is (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=860&cat=563) probably a female barbarian (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=671&cat=563), though the orange snake is somewhat of a mystery. Compare it to other known f barb shots; very similar hair and body.

Similar body?

One is muscled, the other not. Not what I would call similar.
Could be just the artists mood though.
