IAS jewel on 2nd weapon

From what I understand from reading the FAQs is that the IAS on the 2nd Weapon doesn't count even if you are doing C/C attacks. Would this mean also that an IAS jewel on the 2nd weapon would not count or are jewels counted differently?

so... to confirm, I can shael or 15IAS jewel my 2nd weapon and it will apply to the right hand weapon speed which determines the overall weapon speed, right? Good news if so.

By right hand I assume you mean secondary claw. If so, then other than WW bps, it doesn't affect it. Most things go by Primary Claw IAS.

I think Normal attack or DClaw did them separately, but I'm not sure.

So no it won't help unless you are using one of those attacks that are counted separately (I'm not really familiar with them).
