Here is what i want to use for pvm and pvm, Is there anything I could do better. Btw im going for high life, high damage, and high life leech.
armor: fortiude
weapon: Breath of the dying axe and spear (one for pvp and one for pvm hench the sheild.)
sheild: phoenix monarch
belt: verdungo's hearty cord
gloves: draculs grasp
helm: cerebus bite
boots: sandstorm trek
rings: Bul-Kathos
ammy: Maras kaleidoscope.
Charms: torch, 2 skill/life grandcharms
Im going to just put enough points in str and dex. That way the rest can go in to vit. any imput?
Seriously, you HAVE to say which build you are using
hardcore or softcore? PvM/PvP?
Anyway, unless you're a pvper against a high def character, I would replace the cerebus with a jalals
Also, for a melee build (especially one with a fast attack), gores are like ten times better than treks.
I don't know if you'll want that monarch. You'll only get off-weapon ed. You already have quite much from fury and strength etc, so it won't even double your damage, but if you want to be offensive, it's a good option (the redemption doesn't hurt either)
Nosferatus coil is probably better than dungos, at least if that ias helps you hit a certain breakpoint easier. The leech is also awesome for high-damage builds. You may want to try a ribcracker instead of botd, since botd has no ias and no cb whatsoever (I think). If you're using a stormshield, I would use dungos/strong of ears though.

Phoenix shield should be replaced, if you are using the Botd in pvp you will need max block and phoenix is a horrible shield to reach max block with. Stormshield is alot easier, gives you some res, and has the godly DR%. As pointed out above Jalals>Cere in most situations, only time you will really need to pull out the cere is against very high def chars or characters you cannot chase down and want to apply the extra OWs on. Gores/Aldurs boots are better than Treks for this build, Gores should be used when going against melee characters, and Aldurs have the great fire res/life/40% frw. BK rings don't help you out much the life doesn't get multiplied by BO/lycan/anything, and the 1 skill on a melee build is pretty much a waste, 1 right will have to be a ravenfrost for the CBF. Other ring can be a stat/dual leech ring in pvm, or a sorb(dwarf/wisp) for general play. Don't take Nos over Dungos, with BOTD(dont look above) you will be swinging at a fast enough frame that the extra 10%ias will not help you out. Ribby is a great pvm option, has no place in pvp. Botd does have ias and cb isn't needed in pvp. Blah blah blah if there's anything else let us know.
