Is this a claw that an assassin would want?

I've never played an assassin, so I have no idea what is desired by them. I came across this just now and wanted to know if I should save it or junk it.

Would also be nice to know, in general, what mix of +skills/sockets/etc to watch for in future as well. I keep finding claws of all types and have no idea how good/bad they are, so would be nice to know to save for my stealthy friends!

Trash it, wrong base, wrong amount of sockets to be useful, and even in a good claw the skills could be better.

Look for a combination of some of the following: ls/mb/venom, adds in blade shield and dragon flight are fun since they save points, weapon block is also a good skill.

Preferably in a fast claw with 3 sockets, if not magical it really needs to be able to get/have 3 sockets.

I'm pretty sure there was a sticky that Happyassassin made about what to look for in a claw.
