Does xx% Damage to demons//undead from weapon work with DTalon?

I bet it is written somewhere too, only problem i haven`t found where.
I`ve been through "Kicking Basics" and several guides and haven`t found the answer.
For all i know, xx%ed to demons from weapons works like off-weapon ed for regular attaks. Anyone correct me if wrong.
I`m interested to see viabliliy of Voice of Reason for a PVM DTalon Kicker:

15% Chance To Cast Level 13 Frozen Orb On Striking
18% Chance To Cast Level 20 Ice Blast On Striking
+50 To Attack Rating
+220-350% Damage To Demons
+355-375% Damage To Undead (varies)
+50 To Attack Rating Against Undead
Adds 100-220 Cold Damage
-24% To Enemy Cold Resistance
+10 To Dexterity
Cannot Be Frozen
75% Extra Gold From Monsters
+1 To Light Radius

My understanding is ed to demons (from anywhere) works as weapon ed and hence doesn't help dtalon.

I dont think %damage to demons transfers over to kicks.
