View Full Version : WW trap hybrid with Bramble?
Is it good for a WW/trap hybrid to be able to use a bramble? ( so loose a bit of life of the strenght points? )

Nope you need enigma but strength is not as near as important the ability to teleport. Teleport not only grants fast movement for chasing or running but it also makes sure your weapon block is not reduced to 0% when you run.

What sweetalmonds said, and you really want to squeeze as many + skills out of gear on a hybrid for both survivability (eeking out as much pdr from fade as well as keeping clawblock up) and damage (keeping actual trap damage at a decent level). Sadly Bramble lacks any + skills.
My main armor is an enigma but against supersorbing smiters and BvC's a bramble will be nice as switch I thought. If I need to move, I"ll just whirl away so I maintain my claw block and they suffer serious damage chasing me in my path. I got a 50% psn damage bramble laying around so thought I could make good use of it on my sin. I noticed that I killed sorbing paladins with my WW instead of my traps alot of times.
So I guess only ghosts should consider bramble? :P
I personally don't use Bramble, because I prefer GM duels in which sorb isn't a problem, so statting for bramble will just result in a loss of life.
