I have read "The 1pt smiter guide to Uber Tristram v 1.0.".
And i can se in that guide that the belt that is good to use is : "T-gods/credendum/ik".
But i cant really figured out why?
Maybe someone can answer this and maybe if you preffer another belt for you'r zeal/smite please tell me :)

TGod's: It offers strength (helps you equip gear, meaning you can put more points in vitality), vitality, and lightning absorb, which helps when facing lightning attacks, such as the Ubers.
Crendium: Strength to help equip gear, Dexterity ups your chance to block, and 15% resist all. Elemental damage hurts a lot, so resists are good.
IK belt: Resists and Strength. It's what you want, it's what you need.
If you aren't facing the ubers, you don't need to wear them really. Verdungo's is a standard choice for most PvM.

Also string of ears for a decent belt.

I heard someone stating at this forum, that he tried ubers with a T-God. He couldn't manage, because he kept getting manaburned by the ghosts. He then switched through alot of different belts and wound up succeding with a Tal's Belt. The damage taken goes to mana helped him keep his smite up at all times. Just thought I'd give you a heads up - a little damage taken goes to mana is definately a good idea on a smiter.
But I agree with the suggested belts - they are all great. I just wanted to mention this, in case you would fancy trying the ubers once.
Also string of ears for a decent belt one of the most underrated Pvm belts ever IMO
6-8% Life Stolen Per Hit (varies)
Damage Reduced By 10-15% (varies)

Doesn't he use Credendum solely when also using the Laying on Hands, for the set bonus?

If the set bonus had been decent, I agree that would be the obvious choice. But the bonus is 150 def (2 items), which will make no difference whatsoever.
