Venom and Burst of Speed

just wanted to clarify something.
On Arreat it is clearly written that Fade won't work with BoS. I was wondering if it was the same for Venom since it is in the same skill branch? I always use BoS.

I got a spare skill point to use and the added poison could be fun.

Venom is a normal weapon buff. It doesn't replace BoS or Fade.
