Frost nova works

yes this is just about frost nova i used an editor for lvl 85 and gear easy to obtain online.

110 fcr or 70 fcr depends on wether sc or hc

frost nova actually kills very nicely when spammed, nad 2 synergies are orb and blizzard, split points between these 2 and u can attack from afar and kill bosses, all 3 attacks will do good damage

managed to clear hell cs solo apart from cold immunes using mostly frost nova, blizzard for across from a distance and orb for small groups/ bosses just like to say give it a try it even works on xpac

what editor do you use? its a good idea to experiment via single player and make them on bnet

The things with editors is that a ton of people just use them to test out builds, and I belive a person can say they used an editor to perfect his or her testing on a build.

Just don't name it and I think you'll be fine. :)

I think there are a few editors out there...but I generally use a combination of the survival kit and item warehouse files for testing.
