Hi folks,
I've got a level 86 Lightning Javazon. Her gear leaves alot to be desired but she isn't suffering too much. I managed to get lucky in that I've found myself a Witchwild String. After hearing such massive praise about this bow, I'd like to incorporate it into my Javazon's build as the backup weapon of choice to my javelins, particularly against LIs. I am not a wealthy player by any means, so simply saying "screw the Witchwild String and get an Infinity for your Merc" doesn't help me much.
My skills are as follows (these are hard points, I am not counting +skills):
Javelin Skills
Jab: 1
Power Strike: 1 (prereq)
Poison Javelin: 1 (prereq)
Lightning Bolt: 1 (prereq)
Plague Javelin: 1 (prereq)
Charged Strike: 20
Lightning Fury: 20
Lightning Strike: 20
Passive Skills
1 point in everything except...
Pierce: 5 (with the intent of acquiring a Razortail to bring the pierce close to ~100%)
Valkyrie: 10 (may increase the hard points to 13 or 14)
Bow Skills
Nothing at the moment; see below.

My problem is: Even at level 86, I have unspent skill points as a result of indecision. I know that many people advise achieving an slvl 17 Valkyrie. I've held back on investing more points in Valkyrie because I have not finalized my gear and have yet to determine how many +skills I will routinely wear. I also was thinking of investing into the Bow tree in order to use the Witchwild String. The points would likely be allocated as follows:
Magic Arrow: 1
Multiple Shot: 1
Cold Arrow: 1 (prereq)
Guided Arrow: 1
Strafe: 4 (at level 90, and up to 13 points at level 99, which is an unrealistic goal)
Please offer your opinions on:
1. Where to allocate my unused points.
2. Whether I should abandon using the Witchwild String as backup due to weak bow skills.
Any flaws you can see or advice you can offer is greatly appreciated.
