Assassin FCR vs IAS

I seem to remember stumbling across a list of the the Assassin skills effected by IAS and those effected by FCR. Was this a guide or a post? I was not able to find it, so I was hoping someone might have a link to throw my way.

All, skills in the Trap and MA tree are only affected by IAS, except for the blade skills. Blade Fury and Blade Sentinal are not affected by FCR and IAS at all, and Blade Shield is affected by FCR (but since it's just a buff it doesn't really matter). All skills in the Shadow tree are affected by FCR, except CM and Weapon Block of course.

It should also be noted that %lightning damage does not affect skills like Lightning Sentry.
