Planning to make a blizzballer. Questions.

I am planning to make a blizzbaaler after making a lvl 76 meteorb, lvl 90 hammerdin, and my just recent of 3 days lvl 84 lighting sorc. Reason I am doing this is to mf mephisto and andariel better. My hammerdin can handle but it doesn't have enigma yet, and my light sorc can do it, but sometimes the light immune monsters around them spoil my fun and then I deleted my meteorb because I put 75 base energy. So I was wondering if this build will do:

20 fire bolt
20 fireball
1 fire mastery (leftovers)
1 warmth

19 Ice Bolt
1 Ice Blast
1 Glacial Spike
1 Frost Nova
1 Frozen Armor
1 Shiver Armor
20 Blizzard
20 cold mastery

1 to TK, TP, and Static

I looked at the only thread for blizbaaler and came up with this. Will this be good for Hell Andy and Meph? I can get a +13 if I transfer all my current +skillers from light sorc to this new build when it can wear. (Spirit Monarch, Anni, Shako, Occy, Viper Magi, Hell Torch, 1+ sorc ammy that will be upgraded to a Tal's ammy in future)

What kind of damage can I expect from fire ball and blizzard in this setup?

Personally, If you're just mfing andy and mephy, I'd go pure blizzard. My level 88 sorc does 4.7k blizz (with no torch) and kills both very quickly. If you decide to go with a blizzballer, I can't tell you what damage you will achieve but you should kill andy well even with a low damage fireball. Mephy will take longer though with a low damage blizz but probably shouldn't be too bad I'd guess.

Your skillsetup looks good for a Blizzballer build. You will have no problem running Andy, Meph or any of te other bosses. This build is nearly equal to the Meteorb and a very good alternative if you are sick of Frozen Orb.
