quick IAS question

Ok, right now i am using natalyas claw and bartucs. My main attack is dragon claw which of course is a dual claw attack. What weapon determines how fast i swing? the natalyas has the +40% IAS whereas the bartucs has no IAS. Should i shael the bartucs or does dragon claw automatically use the faster attacking weapon for its attack speed?

Off hand weapon IAS is not used to determine how fast you attack. Only the main claw (the first claw you equip normally) IAS is used. There is a stickied tread on this:
