Holy bolt/FoH questions

1. Except "principle", laying of hands, hand of blessed light, goldstrike arch and thundergods vigor, is there an item (any items) with ctc holy bolt or FoH?

2. What affects the healing rate from the holy bolts from FoH? Does putting points into holy bolt increase the healing rate of those from FoH? Does prayer do that?

ad 2) Don't know.

Ok thanks. They had some awesome chances and levels, but they were a bit too slow to use. A bit of a shame.
