Odd merchandise?

Right now, I'm scouring good old Drognan in act2 normal for a good wand to make the rw 'White' in. But, just for fun, looking at the shields everytime I "refresh" his merchandise (by leaving and entering town) something struck me. Of all 20 times I refreshed so far, there's been 19 either Bone Shields or Spiked Shields 'Of Deflecting'. Now, this was odd I thought, and potentially a moneymaker if they'd get the jewelers prefix. Now, I'm speaking Monarchs, Wards, Troll Nests and so on... Naturally I can't get them neither jeweler's prefix in normal, but maybe in hell.

So is there something about Drognan one should know, does he more commonly sell the jXoD (x for shield type) in hell more often than anyone else? Or was this all just a very very unlikely randomize?

Edit: PS. From what I noticed, if there isn't a deflecting shield there, there's always at least one "of blocking".

Drognan wont sell those sheilds even in Hell, sadly, plus a Troll Nest will only get three sockets even with the Jeweller's prefix.

The reason why the deflecting suffix spawns so much with Normal Drognan is because his ilvl is capped at 20 and there aren't many other suffixes available then.
