I need help upping an item!

I recently purchased a pally circlet, but it's just a circlet. I want to up it to at least an exceptional OR a unique circlet, but I don't know the cube recipe for non-ladder! Is there anyone out there who can give me a hand on this one?

1 Ral Rune + 1 Thul Rune + 1 Perfect Amethyst + Normal (Basic) Rare Armor = Exceptional Rare Armor

It should be mentioned that Circlets don't really have exceptional or elite versions. There are four different ones rather than three (Circlet, Coronet, Tiara, Diadem), and while the gambling screen does upgrade, I'm not sure if the upgrade recipes work on them.

And also upgrading circlets is pretty useless, as their defence is rubbish either way, all you're doing is upping the rlvl
