Socketing my Tucs (196%): Is this a good choice?

I have a lvl 47 MA PS sin.(PvM) She uses duel Bartucs until she can find/trade for a nats claw. One of my tucs is 196% ed. I want to socket the 196% tucs with a 15% IAS/15 to min damage jewel I found. I figure I will not find much better in the next little while. Is this a good choice?

I also have a 5/5 lightning facet I found. What do you think?

Vamp gaze
string ( might switch to nos coil)
sanders boots
gloves with +1 MA skills/10% IAS
rare rings (trying to find a ravenfrost)
angelic armour/ammy/ring

The 15/15 jewel probably won't help you much, since PS sins kill mostly with their elemental damage. Also, another piddly 15IAS probably won't get you to a faster breakpoint even with 1 pt BoS +skills. If you are going the treachery and unique items route, you should actually keep dual Bartuc's rather than going for Nat's Mark, the huge bonuses to str and dex and skills outweigh the ED. Nat's claw is only great with the full Nat's set and a Bartuc's in the off hand. The lightning facet is an interesting idea, but I don't think that you will break many lightning immunities unless you have something else to lower lightning resist. Still, it would boost your lightning attacks nicely. Another option might be to upgrade those Bartucs if you can bug them on; just brainstorming. Keep an eye out for Kenshi's (+3) gloves and that ravenfrost. I would switch to the Nos Coil too.

P.S. Socketing my Tucs sounds very naughty to me ;)

Oh, I just traded the L facet for a prefect Bartucs, 200% Ed *& 9LL!

Insane, duel indeed, congrats!. I should also add that upping can only be done by single player or ladder characters, if you didn't already know. Arreat Summit horadric cube recipe.

Are bartucs really that good? A high level MFing Sorc just handed them to me in normal diff. o.o

They're pretty common, but not the max/near max ED set Mistress has.
