Horadric Cube Question

Is there a Horadric Cube formula where I can turn a "Cracked" or "Crude" piece of armor into a "white normal quality?" armor?

IE - I picked up a Crude Dusk Shroud and would like to make it "white normal". Can the cube work for something like this?

Yes, there is. See the Horadric Cube section of Arreat Summit, the link is in my sig. However, its item level gets set to 1 then which affects the number of sockets it can get from Larzuk or a cube recipe. Your dusk shroud won't get more than 3 sockets if you fix it.
