Minor Interface issue...

This technically isn't a new player issue but i am new to these forums and wasn't sure whee to put this. Please redirect me as required.

I just finished the first couple of quests of Act 2 on nightmare difficulty and I noticed something odd about my interface.

My potion shortcut bar (the bit where you put you 4 potions with the extra row hidden above) has not expanded. It is still 4x2 slots.

I thought it expanded at the start of Act 2 to 4x3 slots.

Is this an issue or have I simply made a mistake? If so when does it expand?

It depends on the kind of belt your character is wearing.

Suddenly everything becomes clear.

Logical really yet it never occured to me.

I did get a new belt of some mob in Baals throne room so that's probably what caused it.
