How can i improve my light sorc

Just reinstalled yesterday and have a lvl 80 mf light sorc.
My Equip:
Shako
Occy
Tal belt+armor+ammy
Mage fists
28fcr spirit
war travs
17/12 stroch
16/10 anni

Merc:
ETH CA Infinity 45/322
ral'd Andy's Visage
4os eth archon plate (Didnt decide what runeword to use, thinking of using stone)

I'm missing 2 rings and i find my fcr is low.. not to mention my mana drains like crazy. So what could i do to improve?

If you gonna aim for more mf, go for 2 nagels. If you desperately need more mana, have 2 SOJS. Or mix and match
