When people say xxx poison damage small charm, what does that mean? I have a 100 poison damage over 5 seconds small charm. How much poison damage overall is that?

That charm deals a total of 100 damage, split over 5 seconds (so 20 per second).

There are charms that deal 383 poison damage over 11 seconds (so about 35 per second).
