Another comebacker

Hi!

After about 5 years, I decided to get back to D2. Now I found that I'm a complete newbie, I have no idea really what items are good or so.

Anyways, I just finished the game on normal mode with my Barbarian and I was granted by a reasonably good drop in the 5th act; Immortal King's Will.
I'm only lvl40, so I can't use that yet, but soon I can. The helm has 2 sockets, but I have NO idea what so ever what to put in there. Anybody care to share a few tips?

Topazes are never a bad thing (provides more MF), and Skulls provide Mana regeneration (and life-replenishing) in case you have problems in that department. Um runes provide resistance to all elements, so those are pretty good too, although more difficult to get.

The only gems used anymore are Topaz's and that is it. Runes are the big deal now so try and get some of those.
