Lonely Amazon. What items?

Hey! Just started playing D2 again. I've never really been into this "topbuild, item template" thing.

Since this is my only character, I would like to know what starter gear I should look for. Since I don't have anything at all of worth, what items should I try to get? And what is the best way to get enough dough to buy them? P Gems, Runes, try to find other good items and trade?

Fastest way to get okay-ish gear for a Javazon please :)
(going Lightning Fury build)

EDIT: Forgot to mention, strictly PvM. Some MF possibilities wouldn't hurt :)

That guide won't mention Treachery armor. It is decent. The fade will help you a lot.
