2 questions: redo quest, freeze?

Hi, guys, I started playing diabloII a few days ago and have a couple of questions, hope someone could help me. :wave:

1. It's not possible to re-do a quest once you finish this quest in the same difficulty, right? Say I've done Den of Evil, I got the skill point, I can't re-do it and get another point. But I found once that I got the horadric cube, but I tossed it on the ground and accidentally logoff the game. The cube is gone from the ground when I log back in. So I had to re-do the Hall of Dead to get another cube. This happens only on those "key item" quests, right?

2. This morning I had a problem in the game. When I click on any ppl in town or right click on any item in my inventory, nothing happens. No one in town can talk to me. I can't use any items either. I had to log off and log back in. Is this normal or happens all the time?

1. Correct. It's also possible to get the cube when killing the Council in Travincal (Act 3) if you don't have one in your inventory/stash at that time.

Yup, it happens some times. You don't need to log off, just rejoin the game you were in or make a new one.

My friend told me it's called lag. Dumb me! I played FPS before and thought lag means the game is missing frames like old graphic card on the latest 3D game... Gotcha.

Goes to the 1st question. That basically means if I beat the game all 3 difficulties, I won't have any major quests to do if I just create my own game, right? In order to kill Diablo or Baal again I have to join other ppl's game?

Diablo and baal will still be there... just like every other monster.... you just don't get to quest-kill them.
