Hell baal and diablo have fairly good (ok they're long but that as good as it gets) odds. after that you get hell meph, nihlathak, frozenstein (in the frozen river), pindleskin, and snapchip shatter (in the icy cellar). But really the first two give your best chances, the rest are an order of magnitude less likely. Good luck hunting, I've never found one.

Drop chances in 1 player games with 0% MF:

Hell Baal 1/15k
Hell Diablo 1/18k
Hell Mephisto 1/120k
A couple of act 4-5 superuniques 1/121k-1/246k (not all of them, e.g. Baal minion bosses and Izual are worse !)
Random bosses in L83-85 areas (except ghosts): ~1/380k
Everything else: Less respectively far less

See ATMA's drop calculator for details.

I find perhaps one every year. That's a bit better than my SoJ rate.

Although Mephisto has quite bad odds, bear in mind that you can do him much more faster then Diablo or Baal. In SP it's not a problem to run him 6xfaster than Baal (so they have around the same drop effectivness).

@krischan: Ghost bosses drop the same as every other bosses, only regular ghosts has other type of drops than regular H2H monsters.

I didn't mean ghostly champions, but monster types like ghosts, spectres, gloams, souls, storm casters etc. :p

stormlash is one of those stupid rare unique items. not only is "scourge" in a pretty high TC, it then decides if it's a horizons or a 'lash, 1/10 are a 'lash (iirc). kind of on the lines of veil of steel/nightwings, templars/tyraels.

It's actually 1 in 6 :p

@Hrus: I doubt that you can do 6 Mephisto runs as quickly as one Baal or Diablo run on average, but I guess you assume that it's about single-player where you have a good map with the stairs to Durance 3 being right around the corner. Anyway, killing Meph is a lot easier than getting to and killing Baal.

Yes, I mentioned specifically it's for SP, the best SP Mfers have average Meph time around 35-40 secs while Baal runs take about 3.5-4 minutes.
So yes, it's pretty much 1:6 ratio...

For some reason I overlooked that you mentioned SP

Nerf SP ;) We all learn the magi of wall hugging on MP and still we sometimes end up on the wrong side of the dungeon.
