View Full Version : Echoing [Dagger/Axe] of Life Tap?

I've never seen these two mods together before, but I would have to assume it would be possible. How high a level can Life Tap be as a charge on a dagger or axe? Anybody know? It occurred to me it might be cool to have an echo stick with Life Tap charges on it.

Hard to say. Seen lvl 5 LT in a wand and a lvl 2 on a dagger.

According to http://diablo3.ingame.de/spiel/expansion/itemdb/affix_chances_magic.php?type=knif&lang=en&version=lod&patch=111&item=Blade&ilvl=99&qlvl=23&mlvl=0, the chance for such a combination on a dagger class weapon is 1:355668. For axes it's 1:350132.

How high of a level of Life Tap can be gotten on an Echoing axe or dagger?

Level 6 for daggers (ilvl 96) and level 3 for axes (ilvl 99).

As long as you just need it to overcome the time until lifetap from e.g. Dracul's triggers, the level should be irrelevant, but the higher the level, the higher the number of charges - and the higher the repair costs :azn:
