Critical Strike

Does Critical Strike work on all abilities and all attacks? Lets say I'm using Lightning Fury, first, does the original attack get the critical strike chance, and do the split bolts get the critical strike bonus? Just been wondering.

Nope, Critical Strike does not double elemental damage, only the physical component of the attacks and skills.

Lightning Fury can only inflict a critical on the monster(s) hit by the actual javelin, the bolts that spread from there cannot critical. The same applies for skills like Freezing Arrow. Skills like Multiple Shot or Strafe have a chance to Critical Strike with each arrow.

Some testing done by me and some other members of the Amazon Basin forums suggests that Impale is one of the few Amazon skills (even being physical) that does not work with Critical Strike.

And I'm not sure about Lightning Bolt, as it converts all damage to Lightning - I'm not sure if it can Critical.

Vouched ^^ The only monster hit with physical damage from lightning fury is the monster you initially throw it at.

I think that might be something to test out. Does Lightning bolt convert it's damage to lightning after critical/deadly strike?

I think GA doesn't crit, or am I wrong? Or does it do magical damage?

I'm pretty sure GA crits, or else all of those PvP bowazons are just wasting skills.
