Keep in mind, when using the calculators, even if a creature has the best chances of dropping a certain item, it's still a very tiny percent.

Personally, I just farmed pits until I had enough good items and runes to just trade for my necro gear.

Edit: That is, if you are on bnet lol.

I usually find those items in the trade forums for about 20 or so perfect gems each.

your best bet is to farm some combination of the following:

∙TC 85 areas (pits, tunnels, WSK)
∙major bosses (Hell Andy, Hell Meph, Hell Baal)
∙quick easy minor bosses (shenk/eldritch, pindleskin, etc.)

Whichever combination is the quickest for you, do that over and over again. While you may not find those specific items as fast as if you checked for areas that had a higher % chance of dropping them, your overall wealth will increase much faster, and, I daresay, you will get good enough items to trade for your necro gear more quickly as well!
