Lightning only (with jab of course)
No avoid/dodge/valk, just plain Jab and LF/CS 1 in CS/pierce/penetrate
Lvling it myself, asking skill progression..
Is it best to max Charged strike first? it will 1 hit mostly everything and help a great deal with bosses, or should i go for crowd control right away and do LF?
Any help appreciated¨
Edit: Tgods or Razortail? PvM, skill boost and stat boost on tgods but 33% pierce on razor will probably put my pierce to 100 after +skill or very close which is always nice for LF

how many sec have u been playing diablo
I suggest concentrating on CS until you're level 30, at that point focus on LF until it's around the same level as CS. Then I just level them up both at the same time, they should be strong enough both when you enter nightmare and once maxed you can start focusing on synergies.
Razortail for pvm, unless you plan to run areas with souls, such as baalruns, in hell.
I'd say:
Get 1 point in every skill in the passive tree, it really helps!
Ok, that's 10 points down: 102 left
20 LF
20 CS
20 LS

42 Points left (minus 4 synergies) = 38points, at this time it's really up to you what you're going to do!
- Some points in Valkyrie
- Some points in pierce
- Max Lightning bolt
You just have to decide what you're mainly going to do! :D
Btw:
At level 18, put skill points in CS every time you level, so by the time you reach level 30, it's level 12 already.
I'd say start maxing LF from then on because of one reason:
LF Synergizes CS by 10%, vice versa, it synergizes 1%.
So synergizing LF is quite useless, therefore I'd say: Max LF asap, after that, CS!
GL!

Jab is for lighting immunes you idiot, the ones i reach before i have infinity merc or the ones i cannot break.

You should have no problem with leveling with pure lightning javazon. java skills before CS synergize it, so you can actually put more than one point there withou being wasted. Go for CS first, it's not so mana-hungry, so you will use it more in normal and NM beginning.

Lol, this was a bit fun to read, watching a noob calling others noobs. You obviously haven't been to hell, if you haven't experienced lightning immunes.
And also, the most common definition of a noob is bad grammar. And I don't see so many . or , in your post.
Anyway, Valk should be obtained. It has no prerequisistes (well it has, but you would get those anyway so you still only need 1 point). Decoy, dodging skills and slow missiles are all great skills. I also suggest you prebuff your valk, since it rarely dies.
Also, I suggest you max charged strike and lightning fury at the same time, and when both are maxed, max lightning strike. After that maybe power strike since the lower mana cost can help you if you're not using insight (you should use infinity). The advantage of lightning bolt is that it converts your physical damage to lightning damage, but it does that at lvl 1 too, so I think it should be maxed last (or actually it can't be maxed, you'll need to put spare points into it)
And I also have a hard time deciding between thundergods and razortail. Razortail has pierce, and a small dex bonus, but thundergods has stat bonuses, lightning absorb, +3 to lightning fury and lightning strike, and most importantly, a name that fits the build (thundergod sounds good with a lightning java).

I chose razortail after trying both belts out, its pierce gives me 100% pierce which just destroys.
In the end it ends up giving more damage than +3 LF would ever do since i get another load of bolts for every target i hit and hitting an extra target (or 2,3,4 more) does alot more damage than just hitting an extra target or more 70% of the time.
I still kept the Tgods for bosses such as diablo where light res and absorb are yummy.
Man, I go away for a long weekend and the posts go south.
@ suphaphun: Please watch the name calling and semi-flaming. There are a lot of questions that may be old hat for you, but many people are either coming back to this game after many years of time off or have never played before. There is no need to laugh at noobs.
@ lumpor: English probably isn't his first language. Don't call out people on grammar unless yours is perfect.
