Whos going barb as their first char ?

So whos going to play a barb as their first char? I think I am since Barb has always been my favorite in d2c and lod(Warrior was my favorite in d1). I love the new barbs look, especially since i've been playing with him back in his rare lance days of classic and now his uber tanking damaging dealing of LOD. I've pretty much made every barb build, even had a mf barb i got to 96 before that account expired lol. So unless 1 of the other 3 chars are going to be cooler to me, which i doubt, im going to start out as a barb.

I'll most likely not play a Barbarian as a first class (will probably choose the Sorceress-type or Amazon-type if those exist).

But I will DEFINITELY make a female Barb at some point. Hotness! :crazyeyes:

if there's any kind of warrior class in a game, i will normally play that first. afterwards, i go for a rogue. however, i find i'm not quite patient enough to keep a magic-wielder alive for the first few levels, so rarely play them. :p

I'm still waiting to see what the other three new classes are, but the liklihood of a barb being first is high. I *know* my housemate will play a Barb first ... plays them almost exclusively ... so it will be a toss up between two barbs or trying something new.

From what I've seen .. and depending on how skills trees are implimented .. two Barbs could be an amazing combo.

In every RPG game i have played i have always started out as the Brute Force Character to hack 'n slash my way through each quest.

So i doubt i'll be doing any differnt in this game. :)

I have also played a barb type character near the start of playing a new game. But I have other biases and if there is an Amazon/Ranger type character that will be my first. Now, if the barb cam wield a bow then I'll also try that at some point.

barbo will be the last char I play... think the only thing good about a barb.. is the photo op as he makes a great centerpiece lol.. other than that.. im heading back to the witch doctor forum.. Zzz

I am waiting on the other three classes before I make my decision. I lean more towards the magic aspect of a character. So i'm hoping for a Sorceror.

My first character in diablo 1 was a warrior and in diablo 2 it was a barbarian - chances are i'll go with the barb as well.

But it's too early for such assumptions, we don't even know what other classes will be in the final version of the game. The witch doctor looks like an interesting character as well.
