How is it calculated? (EIAS, WIAS IAS, Skill Based IAS ETC.)
What are the breakpoints?
What does it affect? (Throw animation? Projectile Speed? Other?)
Any other usefull throw speed information?
I am considering a poison javazon. I'm trying to put together a build (gear) and any information you could provide would greatly aid me in doing so.
