need major elp :S never built necro before!!!!!

ok this will be my first ever necro build and i figured that ppl generally go for smiters to do uber tristram but i never like following the crowd...

i want to build a necro which can single ubeers and the most important uber tristram. now from what i have read this is a summon/curse mancer is this right????

if so how do i go bout making it, skills, stats and most important what eq do i go for???

if not this type of char then what type ??

Look in the stickied guides for fishymancer. I ubered with him last season.

ya unfortunetly with the nec if u want to uber you will need the fishy mancer, hes the only nec build that has really good crowd control, and can also do some major damage with a skellie army. youll want at least a +8 to your summon and mastery though before you attempt, and summon resist is deffinetly needed to keep you going.
