Hammerdin for ubers?

is it possible to single Ubers easy enough with hammedins ?

is there a guide for this because i couldnt find one?

does normal hammerdin eq work or do oi need to change it ?

my hammerdin is level 90 on nl and i want to re-kit it to make it possible to single handedly take on uber tristrams with not any problems

There's basically three things you need; resists, life tap and crushing blow. A gear swap is basically all you need to get this. You already have a point in Smite, because you got Holy Shield (or at least I think you do?). You may have some problems getting the required dexterity for a Grief Phase Blade though.

Other items would be Dracul's Grasp, Guillame's Face and Gore Rider. Just keep Concentration as your main aura, but place a point in Salvation for Mephisto.

All good advice, but since I noticed you are NL a Grief may not be an option. If that's the case then Beast in a fast, low req. axe is a nice option (CB, OW, Aura for speed and damage, and enough +strength to equip an elite shield (if you aren't using one now). Speaking of shields...Exile would let you have a viable Uber Smiter just by switching weapons. You would likely need to boost resists using Treachery and/or Sanctuary. Slapping on extra CB gear will speed up the process considerably, but is not required.
