i have to say no to both.
aki ross actually looks like a man in that pic except for her lips. uncanny valley.
skin and hair color are different, bone structure is different, lips are different, nose is different...

No, but I laughed at the post title, so that's worth something. Aki has wider cheek bones, a longer nose, much more prominent eye brow ridge, etc. It's just that they're both CG that gives them some level of sameness. Other angles there's no real similarity.

Absolutely no resemblance, at least not to my eye and I've seen that Final Fantasy movie many times.
