Im currently trying to perfect a Fishy mancer build, and i have some therios on how to do it right, but i have some questions regarding gear and the such, chances are if i do this right it will be an amazing expensive build, but im think leetsauceness :)

1. Do Iron Golems use auras that are on weapons, i know they take up the weapons properties, but do auras work on them.

2. Is Pride a good merc Weapon, when added on a might merc, or would it do better on a blessed aim merc.

1. Yes, IG's gain the aura of the item they are made of and transfer it to your group.

2. Pride is decent, but Infinity is generally seen as more effective. Fishies really thrive on a Might Merc. BA is not that good for them.

this is good news, which brings me to another question, is there a bow you can make and iron golem out of

Nope. Bows are non-metallic.

Best combination is usually a might merc wielding infinity, a character wielding beast and an iron golem made out of pride.

im basically shooting for max damage i can possibly get, even if its stupidly foolish to do, as i am a stupidly foolish d2er and like to try new things, any suggestions on how to really really make skellies pawn, they already mow things down and ce catches what they miss, but my plan is to eventually use this guy for ubers, alot, and im thinking if i can get some stupid damage on the go with my skellies it may be good, currently my skellies are putting out 320-324 damage a hit, and might boost them some speacially with some +skillz gear i added to merc. I really dont care how expensive or stupid it is but any info on the best aura combos i can get with iron/merc/and me would be great.

Well, the very best army would be a friend with maxed concentration, a friend with maxed might, a friend with maxed fanatisicm, a friend with maxed heart of the wolverine, a friend that's a perfect enchantress , a friend with maxed oak sage and a friend with maxed defiance. They all would wear as much +skills gear as they can and be close to you always.

To be realistic though. Anyway, I also want to max out damage, but I'm afraid that if I spend too much time on it, a ladder reset may come, and I'll have to start over. I would first pre-buff my skeletons with:

+3 summon circlet
+3 summon amulet
Arm of king leoric for skeletons and a bugged wand with +2 necro skills and +3 to mastery and mages when pre-buffing mages (but that's a bit hard to find, so leoric is ok)

Bugged shield with +2 to summoning and +3 to mastery and skeleton for skeletons, and same shield for mages only with +3 to mages instead of skeletons. To be realistic though, a "splendor" necro head with good automods or a graverobbers shield with good automods is enough

Enigma
Arachnids mesh
x2 Stone of jordan
Marrowwalks
x9 skillers
Torch
anni
Battle command (from cta)
And if you can find one, a skill shrine.
Should make your skeletons lvl 55+ (57 raise skeleton and 59 mastery is max, but those shields can be hard to aquire, since you need to reroll them in the cube)
Though as long as they're over lvl 50, they'll be really strong.

Then get your call to arms. Wield:
+2 skill helm (andariels visage, shako etc)
Maras
Cta
Spirit (use charms to meet str requirement)
Enigma
Arachs
2x soj
anni
battle command
And if you can, skill shrine

Then quickly change gear to:
+3 summon/2 necro circlet with 2 sockets (if it's rare it has to spawn with mechanics mod), 1 with cham and other with um (I think that's good, though I'm not experienced myself)
Maras
Either beast axe with a +summons shield or faith (depending on if you want many summons or few strong ones)
Enigma
Arachs
2x soj
Trangs gloves
Marrows
9x skillers
torch
anni
Lots of resist charms
Then go kill the ubers

Also have a might merc with infinity and +skills gear to make his aura better
As well as an iron golem made out of pride

I'm not really experienced on the matter, but that's the setup I would use. The best allys would be a summoning druid (for the HoW) and an enchantress
