Good lord.. I forgot this website even existed. Glad to see it's still running.

I remember when I was just a wee lad, waiting anxiously for Diablo II to be released, I remember reading about the closed beta, Elly's "quest for the perfect skull" sticking out in my mind. At least I think so. Glad to see Flux is still around as well.

And now here I am, back again, 22 years old and in the middle of my military career, again anxiously awaiting another Diablo.

Feels like I've come full circle.

Eww your still in the states. I spent 2 1/2 years in Afghanistan. Whats your rank and job class though. Marines here too.

Hehe, I'm 22 years old now, too. And I was at the same spot with you nearly ten years ago, waiting D2 to come out :) It's really nostalgic for me, too.

I'm a Corporal, been in for 4 years, I'm stuck languishing in a nondeployable squadron though (HMX-1).

However, I'm latmoving soon and should be seeing the world before too long.

I'm 17 and I remember playing Diablo 1 when I was in the 3rd grade.. And 8 years ago how I was so excited for Diablo 2 to come out. And then the Expanstion pack, playing the Druid and the Assassin for the very first time.. Those were my childhood memories, and I love them to death.

Now seeing Diablo 3, it's very nostalgic to me. I just hope they keep the same elements in the game that kept me playing D1/D2 all these years.

Yeah, sorry, derailed my own thread ;o

Ontopic - I went through 2 nice mice during Diablo I, and wore out another for D2.

Hopefully "clicking like a mofo" will still be an integral part of D3 :)
