Hi comunity! I've got a problem, me n my best friend started playing D2 on lan, n we got a skellimancer n a summoning druid, but, we got plenty of lag n delay n few fps, but on SP we both play perfectly well.

Do someone know how to solve this?

ty m8 for the question, we play on lan, we live in the same floor of a building n set up an lan betwen our aparments. (sry for all the mistakes, imma sleppy xD hahaha)

btw, our inet conection is adsl 5 mbs.

it should play fine, make sure you arent downloading anything or running any torrent software

got same problem too. using lan with my friend im using core2duo proc with 2gigs of ram but on multi/lan im lagging while hes not. any help?

generally it's not the machine but whatever junk/software you have running in the background- internet security etc. A bad cable will cause problems too.

To improve fps I have 4 things you could try out:


As suggested before make sure your backround applications aren't stealing too much of your system resourses.
Try the glide wrapper: http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6450472#post6450472
Try playing in windowed mode.
Try windowed mode and set desktop colors to 16 bit.

If that doesn't help ...

thnx, i found this glide wrapper and it solves my lag probs. :D
