Cant get onto USEast, but i can log onto west

I just downloaded the game from blizzard and was able to get onto uswest but i cant log onto useast. when i attempt to log onto useast i get the "the CD-Key you installed with is invalid or is intended for another product". if that was the case, i couldnt log on to any server. ive already reset the server list and deleted the keys in the regedit. any ideas?

you did not download d2 from blizzard, go buy the game and install it from the original cd's

You're wrong.

I also downloaded Diablo 2 + Lod from Blizzard's web store and have the same problem. I can only connect to USWest. USEast gives an error.

There's a bug.

well that sucks. west isnt that bad for ping surprisingly. ill spike occasionally but it works most of the time.
