...In 13 hours Blizzard didn't announce that DIII was in development...but that it had already been completed and was due for release at the end of the month? :)
Nigh on impossible but meh, we can dream can't we? :cloud9:

I'd wait until someone else bought it and reviewed it..
Then see if it was worth it.
I'd die first and then buy it (I'd play as a Necro of course).
:jig: :jig: :jig: :jig:
I was dreaming they would do it :P Apple always announces all their products, ipod etc. and puts them out for purchase on the same or close to the same day. If this happened with d3 i would be downloading from the blizzard store at any price automatically, and i'd take a few days off work next week.

Don't encourage them... with the merging with ActiGreedsion... :coffee:

Not to rain on your parade or go too off topic here, but between D1 and D2 the original classes were lost, so i wouldn't be surprised if we saw the same in D3.
If they've been working on it for a long while now to the degree it's within a years completion, I'd pull out my santa hat and call it an early christmas!

yup.
Why buy a game that no-one has heard of, or the company itself hasn't talked about it, no beta/alpha testing.
What would be the point?
Yay I just spent 60 dollars on a game that isn't finished and bug filled.
I'd wait.

With such a big company as blizzard I'm sure they are capable of hireing 500~1000 alpha testers and exploit masters without any problems at all, then make them write a NDA and voila, secret well preserved :P
Well even so, I myself am not going to believe it's D3 until it's announced, I'm not even going to hope in case it's just another crappy WoW expansion or feuture :P
i think it would make Diablo fans faint. lol. and Dorfoumous hasnt it been in production for a long time? i mean 8 years to make a game that just now being announced. maybe they would do that? but i doubt it also. im very curious to find out how much the game has progressed so far. but i think the reason they are taking so long is because perfecting the diablo style on a new engine and all would take alot of time to perfect.

It won't come out for at least 12-18 months. SC2 still has to come out and it was announced... what... a year ago?
So expect D3 in like.... late 2009. Sooo.... time for at least 2 more ladders!
