+21 max damage weapon

Hi.

I don't really understand how this is possible:

+21 max damage. I found this last ladder season in flayer jungle/hell. I got it on a mule if anyone wants proof. ;)

I always thought +20 was the maximum.

level required is 52? oO
I thought the typical level req is 51 (say 9minimum dmg rings)

This is a weird item, perhaps contact Warlock or Orphan - they are very good with the pre- and suffixes

The clvl requirement of level 52 is caused by the replenish life. +21 max damage is not supposed to be able to spawn on rare weapons on Classic or Expansion. I believe this is the result of a bug from the minimum damage. For example, the item may have rolled +13 min and +8 max, but the bug made it +13-21. I don't recall the specifics on this bug, but I remember reading something about it before. Orphan or someone else that knows the game inside and out should be able to confirm this, possibly with more insight on what causes the bug.
