Time of Splash release

Does anyone know if they release the patches in the same time? And if they do, what is it (GMT)?

The new splash page will be up around 5.00pm (or a few minutes after) on the Australian Eastern Seaboard. +10 GMT.

It's around 8 GMT ~ Around midnight PDT I think. 10:00 here anyways (GMT+2 aka Eastern European Time or what ever they call it).

yeah, they go up at midnight, PDT (Blizzard HQ time).

It's the same for MST, midnight. So I think it's scripted to timezone-wise.

PDT (pacific daylight time) is 3 hours behind EDT (eastern daylight time). Most of the US is in daylight saving time right now, so the 3 hour difference is likely correct.
