Pally Scepter

Just made it into hell with my Hammerdin, and am looking to upgrade his crappy rare 1 BH/1Conc scepter. I refuse to use shard (I think it's lame and scepters are way better). What level can you shop good Pally scepters?

I was thinking orginally for a plus 1 to all pally skill and 3/2 to Blessed hammer and conc? Also does anyone know how hard this would be to shop for?

+2 skills scepters (and swords - 25 str req!) start to show up around level 70 - 75 I believe

I don't see why shard is lame, especially if you play legit. IMO, using a mediocre scepter and hitting the 30 FCR breakpoint is much worse than using a shard. 50 fcr is attainable, but magefists take away the ability to get resist from gloves, and you would either need FCR from your scepter or ammy, which isn't always easy. If your gear is very good and you have a very good scepter than IMO a scepter is better, but for any legit player who just started the ladder, shard should definitel be an option. If you play on ESCL, I can give you a +3 BH 10 fcr war scepter for free just to get you started.
