I've been off from D2 for like, 3 months now, and today when I started to play I was like: OMFGLOLZORZWTF!... yeah, a new patch cracked me up in happiness... later on, I saw all these splash images and the theories 'bout D3.

Dang I've missed something boi!
Btw, where can I find a database containing the new items and runewords?

There weren't any new items added in v1.12, but our wiki is up to date on everything in the game. Including items (http://www.diabloii.net/wiki/Category:Items).
