Cant connect to Europe

After patching, i get the unable to connect to battle.net when trying to log in on Europe. All other realms work just fine. Is it my fault or there is something currently wrong with Eu realm?

I've been having this problem too. I can't connect to USEAST OR EUROPE but I can connect to USWEST and ASIA. I've tried to reset my servers, reset my modem and router and restart my comp, but nothing is working. I know it's not a ban because I can't connect to europe either and I don't play there. Does anyone know how to fix this?
