So I'm going to embark on a javazon build for this reset. It's been my first char almost every time. Anyway can you guys suggest me a good survivability as well as damage output build? Basically I'm not sure whether to go full lightning or get a valk in there as well or possibly something else??

I haven't played for about a year and a half so I'm just messing around now getting the hang of things again before the real challenge begins. Having said that I'm not sure what all has changed in the past year and a half. So fill me in :)

Survivability afforded by Valk > miniscule damage given by extra LF synergy

The advantage of making a Javazon at the reset is their ability with minimal gear to run nightmare cows quickly and efficiently (without accidentally getting Kinged). A lightning synergy build is far better at this than any other option. 1 point in Valk is a must, but only 1 IMO.

If you plan to play through with a full team, you'll be one of the primary boss killers, and you'll do that job best with heavy synergy. Again, 1 point in Valk.

If you plan to solo hell or do it as part of a small group, you may want to sink more points in the Valk. It would depend on your group, though.

I say 1 pt Valk with a good deal of Decoy use.

While the damage to Fury may not be that much, you may end up missing the damage to CS which is also one of your main killers. Untwinked you will find frustration in running out of javelins, so you may prefer to use CS a bit more.

Either way though, do what feels better for you. I highly doubt that you will never rebuild the character, so If you decide on one way and later want to go for another, you can just remake her easy enough.

One in all Passives, rest in Lighting Fury/CS and synergies. Its a solid enough build, and you can afford a few point away, but I wouldn't do ~20 for a another tank when a Merc, Decoy, and 1 pt Valk should suffice.

I'd rather jam points into support skills (i.e. 5-10 Valk) that'll keep me running safer than in an extra LF synergy. Taste.

I"m a big fan of picking up another form of damage, and 1 pointing the Valk. The light immunes suck.

I'd go 20 charged strike, 20 light fury , 20 in a light syngery, 20 Frozen arrow(or strafe), then 1 point the valk, get a couple in d/a/e , critical

I hate not having something for the immunes, and make no doubt about it, your phy damage will blow jabbing and this still does little for the im spots with light immunes.
Not to mention one point in magic arrow if all else fails.

Well, the additional damage type will depend on whether he is playing with a friend or alone. Usually, if you are going to play alone, I will agree on another damage type.

The best use for early javazon/trapsins is to run nm cows to get charms to outfit your chars with. Believe me, they can make a huge (200+life/resists) difference.

Well I don't really have any friends right now because I haven't played in about 2 years. My plan is to pub it up through normal and hopefully get a couple of peepz to go through in nightmare or jump from pub to pub carefully. After NM is complete I'll probably farm cows for ages. And I probably won't go anywhere in Hell without some trusty help.
