Question about trade forums

Whats the difference between trade forums here and here (http://traders.diabloii.net/)? It's all the same DII.net no?

is 2 different methods to do the same thing, kinda

the forum you need to look for others offering things you need

with traders you can do a search to find someone that has items that you need
(traders is kinda nice with the list you can always edit, forums have a 1hr edit timer)

for both you need to place bids, or bin, then meet online, or mule trade
