Ok well ive been using full tals on my meteorb sorc.
But i recently changed the helm to shako and the wep to wizardspike.
and im wondering if i should keep this or go back to full tals..or keep shako and replace wep.
oh and my shield is lidless.
Any help would be appriciated.

keep full tals.
full tals is hard to beat unless u replacing everything to better ones.
The full set for a Meteorb Sorceress is much better than only part of the set.

Even more so.
Definitely go with the Tal Rasha's Wrappings full set!
Other equipment I would use:
Spirit Monarch (35% FCR) - Needs to be 35%!
Magefist (Needed if you're going with 35% Spirit!)
Wartravlers
Stone of Jordan (Two for never ending mana pool)
The Spirit and Magefist will give you 55% FCR, add that to Tal Rasha's Wrappings full set you'll have 105% FCR. Meaning you'll hit the second highest breakpoint for FCR, which you'll notice immediately.

Alright well now i have the ful tals on, war travelers,and magefists
but i still need the soj's ond spirit monarch
my shield is lidless btw
