so, i need to have vita/105/86/ss/perf res in hell w/o anya, 10k+ blizz dmg. looking for a cheapish build. its for pking.

i have these boots if they work with the build

I'm 99% Sure -that a old Dupe Boot - 3 resists MF FRW and "Bitter Slippers" seems Familiar
