Ranger Weapon Question

Hi,

I was just curious--does anyone have any experience with a fire-aura Ranger using a Brand bow? To me, it seems like it would be godly, but maybe someone else has experience or knowledge that contradicts that.

Just remember that CB is nerfed on Missile Weapons.

Er, Crushing Blow? I know that it's never been as effective as melee attacks, and I appreciate the comment, but I'm not sure I see why that's relevant to Brand specifically. Or was that just a friendly reminder in case I forgot or something?

Basically, I was looking at Brand as an uber version of Kuko for the flaming splash damage.

yeah, i'd noticed "Brand" when i was searching for a weapon for my ranger. though i use shock/freeze so splash dmg is irrelevant for me. but aside from it being expensive, its also got no ias, but if you can live with that, the mods are pretty nice
